Qualir History In May, 1998, Qualir began to develop and produce Car CD, VCD Players and home CD,DVD Players. In March, 2003, Qualir began to develop and produce Car Mp3 players,Car DVD Players,and successfully developed Car DVD Players with Built-in GPS function 2004. In June, 2007, Qualir decided to design a platform for direct wholesale of Auto electronics and Samson Chou are in charge of this wholesale department.
